The Tamil version of the Secretariat for Coordinating the Peace Process (SCOPP) website http://www.peaceinsrilanka.org/tamil is now on-line.

At a special ceremony organised by SCOPP to commemorate the International Day of Peace on 21st September, Minster of Information and Media Mangala Samaraweera officially launched the website.

Since SCOPP launched its English website two years ago and its Sinhala version a year ago, it has been a chief source of information on the peace process, especially for Sri Lankans abroad, the international community as well as the media.

With the launch of the Tamil website, SCOPP is now able to communicate with a diverse audience in all three languages.
