Session 3: 02 - 05 December 2002, Norway
 

The Government participated in the third round of Peace Talks with the LTTE on 02 - 05 December 2002 at the Radisson SAS Plaza Hotel in Oslo, Norway.

The Government delegation was as follows:
Hon. G.L. Peiris
Hon. Milinda Moragoda
Hon. Rauff Hakeem
Amb. Bernard Goonetilleke

The LTTE was represented by the following people:
Mr. Anton Balasingham
Mr. S.P. Thamilselvan
Mr. Muralitharan (Karuna)
Mrs. Adele Balasingham

Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs Mr. Vidar Helgesen, Ambassador Jon Westborg and Mr. Erik Solheim also participated, as the facilitators from the Royal Norwegian government.
