The second meeting of the SDN will be held in Muhamalai on Saturday 14th December 2002. The meeting is expected to commence at approximately 10am.

The members of this sub-committee, headed by Defence Secretary Austin Fernando, remain constant. They include Maj. Gen. Shantha Kottegoda, Gen. Sarath Fonseka, Brig. S R Balasuriya, Rear Adm. Sarath Wereasekera, Group Capt. Kolitha Gunathilaka, Mr M A Majeed, Mr S S P Nimal Lewke, and Retd. Maj. Gen. Devinda Kalupahana. The Sri Lanka Monitoring Mission (SLMM) is the facilitator of this sub-committee.
