The negotiating team representing the Government comprises Ministers Prof. G.L. Peiris, Milinda Moragoda, Rauf Hakeem, and Ambassador Bernard Goonatillake. Maj. Gen. Shantha Kottegoda and Dr. John Gooneratne are attending as Advisors. The LTTE negotiating team comprises Dr. Anton Balasingham, Mr. S.P. Thamilselvan and Mr. V. Muralidaran (Karuna). Dr. T. Maheshvaran and Mr. Rudra Kumaran are attending the talks as Advisors to the LTTE delegation.
