The Liberation Tigers Of Tamil Eelam (LTTE) gunned down the Deputy Secretary General of the Secretariat for Coordinating the Peace Process (SCOPP) Mr. Kethesh Loganathan late evening on Saturday 12th August at his residence, in its quest to eliminate prominent Tamil citizens of Sri Lanka opposed to the ruthless brutality of the LTTE.
