SCOPP EXTENDS SUPPORT TO TSUNAMI VICTIMS IN THE NORTH AND EAST |

As a humanitarian gesture, the Secretariat for Coordinating
the Peace Process (SCOPP) extended their support to the LTTE Peace Secretariat
in Kilinochchi by sending a consignment of disaster relief items contributed
by the SCOPP staff.
The relief items were handed over in Kilinochchi to Mrs. Kalaithamil, Adminstration Officer of the LTTE Peace Secretariat by Mr. Luke Atkinson of Norwegian People's Aid on 1st January 2005. |
